This three hour tour begins with a drive along Durban's Golden Mile
continuing to the harbour entrance for a short stop. Travelling along

areas of Berea and Morningside to the Botanical Gardens with its splendid

After driving along the north Coast road through sugar cane fields and
farmlands we arrive at Shakaland, a Zulu kraal situated 17 kms from Eshowe
in Zululand. The visit includes a visual explanation of typical Zulu
traditions: beer brewing, spear making, hut building, pottery, weaving,
traditional dress, Zulu etiquette and the layout and social structure
of a kraal. After a spectacular display of singing and dancing a typical
Zulu meal is served in an open restaurant overlooking the Goedetrou dam.

This programme offers daily shark diving/sighting tours (weather permitting) off Gansbaai, approximately 12 km offshore from Gansbaai (2hrs drive from Cape Town) we find two islands situated next to each other. Due to a number of geographical reasons - one being the shallow and narrow channel that turns between these two islands - Dyer Island has become known as one of only two unique areas in the world, where the chances to view the Great White Shark, rises exceptionally high. Other wildlife species such as Cape Fur Seals, Cape Gannets, Cape Cormorants, Jackass Penguins, whales and dolphins are also likely to be sighted. 1 DAY TOUR (diver or non-diver - including road transfers & diving equipment) 06h00 - Door-to-door collection in Cape Town metropolitan area (air-conditioned microbus). 08h00 - Breakfast at a quaint restaurant in Gansbaai with mountain and sea views.
