Day 02-03-04-05 Day free for leisure and pleasure. You can enjoy different types of water sports -skiing, board sailing, catamaran/hobby sailing, paragliding are offered by most hotels. Pedaloes, kayaks and glass bottom boat trips are also available. Open sea yachting is also offered from a number of points around the island. In the evenings, there are theme evening, dinner and dancing programs available. Day 06 Transfer to the International Airport for your return flight to Johannesburg. Excursions can be arranged, as follows: THE SPICE ROAD Pamplemousses / Port Louis: the market and the "Caudan Waterfront"Pamplemousses, with its variety of exotic and endemic plants, is a magnificent botanical garden belonging to the history of the island. Port Louis, city founded during the French period: its colonial past can be seen in its buildings whereas its development can be noticed in the activities around the harbour and the waterfront. TRADITION AND HERITAGE Bois Chéri / Gris Gris / St Aubin / Crocodile parkThe traditional English tea-time is still to be witnessed at the Bois Chéri tea factory. The Mauritian poet Robert Edouard Hart found much inspiration in this region: the Gris Gris cliffs. St Aubin, a colonial house, legacy of the history, awaits the visitors in its peaceful surroundings. An exotic flora and fauna are to be found in the Vanilla Crocodile Park. EXOTIC FLAVOURS Ile Aux Aigrettes / Manioc biscuit factory / "Domaine du Chasseur" / National History Museum.Mahébourg, whose name honours the famous French governor Mahé de Labourdonnais, is the village where visitors can taste the traditional "biscuit manioc" made from cassava according to an old family recipe. Discovering the nature reserve of "Ile aux Aigrettes" with its rare Pink Pigeon and the indigenous fauna and flora of Mauritius is a great experience. At the "Domaine du Chasseur", guests enjoy the panoramic view on the historical bay of Vieux Grand Port as well as the diversity of the surroundings.
